Before you remove the Jedlix app from your device, please sign out via the settings first from the Jedlix app:
- Open the Jedlix app
- Go to "settings"
- Click "Sign out"
- and Click "Sign out" again
Once you are signed out, we will turn off smart charging and we cannot interact with your charging process in any way. If you would like to continue using the Jedlix services, you will need to sign in again and enable smart charging.
How to disconnect your car from the Jedlix app:
In the Jedlix app, go to the settings menu;
- Open the Jedlix app
- Go to "settings"
- Click "My car"
- Click "Disconnect your car"
- Click "Save"
If you want to delete your Jedlix account permanently:
Please contact us at Support@jedlix.com with a data removal request. Your personal data will be deleted according to GDPR guidelines.
